Our training methods are truly a journey rather than a destination. We are forever reviewing, refining and introducing new additions to our training programme from the very first steps with the NVQ Level 2 certificate to our very own state of the art training programme.
To supplement our in house training, we also rely on and are grateful for the continuous education given my our suppliers L'Oreal and Bumble and bumble.
Every single team member, irrespective of his/her length of service, must attend a practice session each month.
The ‘Migele Experience’ session team explore new directions and develop ideas through regular practice and an exchange of ideas and a new, young session team has been launched in 2011.
