We are finally beyond level O, Hurrah
It’s terrific that restrictions are easing further, however our guests and our team remain our number one priority.
We will be forever grateful to you all for your loyalty and support during what has been a challenging time.
At last the time has come when we can relax our protocols with caution.
This is what you’ll experience on your next visit:
- We will continue to take a quick temperature reading on arrival.
- Our team will continue to wear face masks and we ask our guests to do the same.
- Sanitisation stations will remain in place.
- At this point in time, we’ll continue to maintain distance between our working areas as we have ample space, also our protective screens will remain in place.
- We will continue to operate a cashless payment system until further notice.
- You will continue to be protected with a freshly laundered gown.
- Very soon we’ll be serving drinks from our ‘Refreshment Menu’ although initially these will be served in disposable cups.
- Glossy magazines will return very soon and a daily newspaper.
