- Complimentary Consultation Required: Before booking your colour service, you must attend a free consultation appointment to discuss your needs and complete your allergy test.
- Booking Fee: A £50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment after your consultation.
- The £50 fee is non-refundable.
- If you provide 48 hours or more notice to reschedule, the booking fee can be transferred to a new date.
- Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
