We’re delighted to share that Darcie has now officially achieved her Trainer/Assessor Award — and in record time!
The trainer/assessor qualification normally takes up to two years to complete, however Darcie accomplished it in under five months — a truly remarkable achievement. It’s a testament to her passion for hairdressing, her love of teaching, and her relentless commitment to personal and professional growth.
Darcie has embraced her new role with passion and professionalism, now leading our Tuesday morning training sessions with our three salon trainees. Her dedication to education and excellence is already making a big impact.
We’re incredibly proud of Darcie’s achievement and excited about the journey ahead as she helps shape the next generation of Migele Experience stylists.
